A.Each dumpster size has an included tonnage allowance. For example: the 12-yard “dirt & concrete” option includes 5 tons. If you exceed the included tonnage, there are extra-weight charges (e.g., $150/ton for many construction debris dumpsters).
Q.What types of materials can you haul away?
A.We handle a wide range of disposal jobs: garbage, mattresses, appliances, furniture, construction & demo debris, yard waste, e-waste, hot tub disposal, and more. If you’re dealing with very heavy materials (dirt, concrete), make sure you select the correct dumpster option (e.g., the “dirt & concrete” option) so weight/tonnage is properly managed.

If you have special placement requests, we recommend being on-site during delivery.
Q.What if I finish early and want the dumpster picked up?
A.No problem! If you complete your project before the end of your rental period, simply contact us and we will schedule a pickup as soon as possible. Early pickup does not affect the original rental rate but allows us to retrieve the container promptly.
Q.What happens if I need the dumpster longer than the rental period?
A.We offer flexible rental extensions. If you need to keep the dumpster beyond the standard rental period, contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Additional days are available for a daily fee, and we’ll update your rental accordingly.
Q.What items cannot go in a dumpster?
A.For safety and environmental reasons, certain materials are prohibited. These typically include hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, solvents, oils, propane tanks, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, and appliances containing refrigerants (like refrigerators or air conditioners). If you are unsure about an item, please ask before placing it in the dumpster.
Q.Can I put yard waste or tree limbs in my dumpster?
A.Yes, yard waste such as branches, leaves, and landscaping debris is generally allowed. However, large quantities of soil, concrete, or heavy organic material may affect weight limits.
